Who We Are

Jocelyn Ibarra – Creative Strategist

Made in Mexico

Jocelyn Ibarra received her Marketing degree in 2003 from Universidad Regiomontana in Monterrey, Mexico. She worked in business administration, hotel management and marketing before giving in to the glamourous world of public relations and event planning.

In 2006 she became partner and director for graphic, media, and identity design firm Burrobala Designworks Mexico. She specializes in copywriting and advertising campaigns.

She currently lives and works in Chicago; can go from Spanish to English to French in 2.3 seconds, and continuously experiments with photography and interior design. She also loves fast cars.

Jason Schwartz – Art Director

Made in the USA.

Jason Schwartz received his MFA in Industrial Design with a focus on Design Education from the University of Kansas in 2005. In 2005, he started working as the Chicago-based graphic designer Butter Flavored Design, accruing clients from local musicians to large multi-million dollar corporations.

He currently does not have multi-million dollar bank accounts.

Jason loves and lives by design and creative design strategy. His daily activities may include: critiquing product label design, finding a favorite font of the day, pondering the lasting marketing effects of tweets, reading books by Phaidon, hoodie shopping and discovering modern web trends.
